At Amare Med Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetic treatments and personalized care. Because many of our services involve reserved appointment times, medical products, and customized treatment plans, the following refund policy applies to all purchases.

Prepaid Services

Payment for treatments or services secures the time, staff, and medical resources required for your appointment.

• All prepaid services are non-refundable. Prepaid services may be transferred to another service of equal value if requested prior to the appointment.

• Prepaid services may be transferred to another client with approval from Amare Med Spa.

• If a client chooses not to proceed with treatment, a store credit may be issued at the discretion of Amare Med Spa, valid for future services.

Treatment Packages

Packages are offered at discounted pricing.

Packages are non-refundable once any portion of the package has been used.

• Unused portions of packages may be converted to store credit at the value paid, minus any services already rendered at the standard single-treatment price.

Deposits

Some services require a deposit to reserve the appointment.

Deposits are applied toward the cost of treatment. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment or in the case of a missed appointment.

Skincare Products

Due to safety and hygiene regulations:

• All skincare, injectable products, and after-care items are final sale.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned.

• Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Injectables and Treatment Results

Individual results vary based on anatomy, metabolism, and lifestyle factors.

• Refunds are not provided for services already rendered, including injectables such as neuromodulators or dermal fillers.

• If additional product or treatment is required to achieve desired results, additional charges may apply.

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or prepayment.

Medical Contraindications

If a provider determines that a treatment cannot be performed for medical or safety reasons:

• The client may receive a full refund or store credit, depending on the circumstance.
